Reaching the Bear Rock is easy and suitable for everyone. From the centre of Palau, just follow Via Capo d'Orso for about 4.3 kilometres, until you come to a bar on the right. Continuing for about 100 metres on a dirt road, you arrive at a wooden gate that marks the beginning of the trail.
